For a funding decision, a Gateway Review, a contractor programme you need to test, or an independent check on a risk model you already have.
What to send
- The current programme (XER, XML or MPP) and its status date
- The risk register, with pre- or post-mitigation basis stated
- The cost estimate and its stated class or maturity
- The decision the analysis has to support, and its date
What you get back
A fixed-price proposal within five working days of the scoping call, with the method, the inputs we need, the report we will produce and the dates.
Train your team in-house
Workshops, coaching or leadership briefings on QRA, schedule quality, Earned Value under NEC4 and project controls for project managers, built around your own programme data.

What you get back
A one-page outline and a fixed price within five working days.
Bring in interim risk or controls resource
A senior practitioner embedded with your team for a defined period, on a day rate, delivered through SOMA Project Controls Ltd as a contracted service.

- The role, the programme and the expected duration
- Where the work is done and how many days a week
- Any framework or contract route you need us to use

A named person, a CV in your format and a day rate within three working days, subject to availability.

Enquiry

Scoping call
Thirty minutes with the practitioner who would do the work, within two working days of your enquiry.
Proposal
Fixed price where the scope is clear, otherwise a day-rate estimate with a cap. Within five working days.
Set-up
Your purchase order or contract. We work under NEC4 PSC, your bespoke terms or our standard terms, and the supplier pack below covers your onboarding.
Kick-off
Inputs agreed, dates fixed, one named lead at SOMA for the whole engagement.

Commercial terms
How we trade.
- Fixed price for defined studies (a QSRA, a QCRA, an independent validation). Day rate with a cap for embedded or open-ended work.
- Payment terms 30 days from a valid invoice; we invoice monthly or at agreed milestones.
- We work under NEC4 Professional Service Contract, your own terms, or our standard terms, whichever you prefer.
- Framework routes are available through delivery partners where you need them; ask and we will tell you which apply.
- One named lead for the engagement, and the person you scope with is the person who does the work.
